Yes it is true we are seeing the market slow down. According to the Association of Interior Realtors® “It is important to note that the decline in sales appears worse than it is because it is being compared to the extreme highs seen during the pandemic, when the market was at its historic hottest.” It is interesting to see all the Benchmark prices in the Kootenays still on the increase – despite interest rates.
