Market knowledge: we asked you a lot of questions about exactly what you thought was going on in the local market, and you again, had clear, rational thoughts you shared with us. You never tried to couch your thoughts based on what you perceived mine were, you just shared what I felt was an honest, unvarnished view. I again must say how appreciative I am of that. As a client, I am not looking for someone to constantly just mimic and provide me with a confirmation bias. You always were clear and direct.
Customer Service: you communicated quickly, clearly, and when it was necessary. In a nutshell, we just found you really easy to deal with.
